23-09-2009 Entry: "Compound Champion and other stuff"

Well I now have a lot of polishing to do as I have the Greenwood Osterly Archers Compound Champion Trophy :)
I won with what was a personal worst(780 for a Hereford) as I am well out of practice as I have been up in Hereford the past month or so.

Well I did a few days back at The warehouse I found all the reasons I left a constant low level of criticism, zero confidence in my ability to do anything and of course the inevitable no win situation when I'm told to be at the warehouse at 8:00 and the alarm code is changed so I cannot get in. Most of the warehouse work is quite physical and I really don't think I'm up to that any more my muscles ache so much I really can't climb over 6' high boxes and scramble over to get any item buried at the back.
